For many years, we handled most of our IT internally. My partner and I could and enjoyed doing it, and we had an outside IT resource who we trusted to help us with our servers, network and issues we could not cure. This worked well enough but over time we found that the IT person who we were depending on didn’t always have the answers. When we first talked to Creative IT, our interest was only mild curiosity. (We thought we were doing okay.) After meeting with Robert, we were impressed by the thoroughness of their evaluation of our current situation, their willingness to work with us as a partner, and their proposal of how they would work with us, monitor our network and be available to troubleshoot directly, machine by machine. We have been working with Creative IT for a year now, and are very pleased with the health of our network and computers, and sense of wellbeing. Knowing that someone who knows us and how we work is monitoring our computers and data, advising on day-to-day issues as needed, updates and upgrades and who is available for little questions and big ones gives us a great sense of confidence and security. Yes, we are paying a bit more than we were paying before, but the value we see in this investment is totally worth it.
