Just over a year ago we switched to Creative IT’s Co-Location off-site backup service from our previous provider. We switched for two reasons – the cost was lower than what we had been paying, but more importantly, we trusted Creative IT to be there for us when we had a problem since we had a close working relationship via the monthly Apple support they had been providing to us for the past several years.
The decision to move our external backup to Creative IT proved to be a good one when we had a server go down unexpectedly in the middle of the day. Creative IT was onsite addressing the situation before I even realized there was a problem. They minimized our down time, delivered a post mortem once the situation was under control, then sat down with us to discuss what went wrong, what needed to be corrected long-term and asked for feedback about what they could have done better.
Creative IT’s customer service sets the bar for all of our other vendors. I am consistently impressed with their professionalism, problem-solving, and ease to work with. Their handling of the downed server was yet another reminder of the value they bring to our company.
