I first heard of Creative IT when they delivered a clever intro package to the office. We currently weren't in the market for a new IT company but had conversations about potentially exploring our options, so the timing was impeccable. After having an initial conversation with Robert and his team about their capabilities and our then current and plentiful pain points (slow connection, getting disconnected from Wi-Fi frequently, inability to wirelessly hold a connection to Apple TV, having to manage hardware and software on our own with limited knowledge) it was clear they had their stuff together. We are 30 days into our new space and couldn't be happier with their level of service. We're really glad we chose them as an IT partner. It's like we have a full-time IT person, without having to fill that position.
