AI Features are optional and opt-in only and are not enabled by default. Internal Creative IT Tools can be opted out in written request, are used solely by Creative IT personnel for internal business operations and are not customer-facing services.
b. Purpose of AI Processing
- AI Features are designed to assist with:
- Analysis and summarization
- Automation and workflow support
- Recommendations and insights
- Classification or prioritization of information
AI Features are intended to assist human review and decision-making, not replace it. Clients remain responsible for all actions and decisions taken based on information generated by the Services.
c. AI Technology Provider
We use enterprise-grade third-party artificial intelligence services to support AI-enabled features. Data submitted to these services is processed to deliver the requested functionality. Such providers do not use customer data to train shared or public AI models and may retain limited operational data for service reliability, abuse prevention, and diagnostics in accordance with applicable terms and data protection obligations. A list of current AI service providers is available upon request.
- Data submitted to AI Features is processed solely to generate AI output requested by the user.
- Our Enterprise AI partner does not use customer data submitted through paid API services to train or improve its general AI models.
- Our Enterprise AI partner may retain limited, transient data or metadata for operational purposes such as abuse prevention, reliability, and diagnostics, in accordance with Google Cloud's Data Processing Addendum and applicable terms.
d. Data Use Limitations
- Customer data processed by AI Features is used only to provide Services to that customer.
- We do not use customer data to train shared or public AI models.
- We do not sell or license customer data.
- AI processing is tenant-isolated and subject to access controls.
Clients may disable AI Features at any time where available.
