Robert Phelps is a technology entrepreneur and systems architect whose career began in filmmaking before pivoting into IT innovation. After earning a B.A. in Filmmaking and Production from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Robert was recruited by Apple, where he trained creative professionals and business clients in Final Cut Pro and Apple's production tools. His experience at Apple sparked a deeper interest in technology and user-centric problem-solving—skills that would shape his future ventures.

In 2012, Robert founded Creative IT, a consultancy focused on helping businesses manage and optimize their Apple environments. As client needs evolved, so did his firm—expanding into cross-platform support and developing a reputation for integrated, human-centered IT solutions.
